About Us

At Patrosso & Associates, Your Life Coach we empower people to achieve their life’s full potential. Every person in our program will be delighted and meet their health, personal and professional goals.

Mark has an engineering degree from the University of Michigan. He has worked over 30 years for large organizations like Chrysler Corporation, Lockheed, LifeScan, The Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Jose and most recently Kaiser Permanente. He retired from Kaiser in July 2018.

Mark received his Life Coach Certification in March 2018 from the Life Purpose Institute, an accredited training organization of the International Coach Federation.

Mark has been an individual contributor and in various management positions. Most recently for Kaiser as the Team Manager for both the San Jose and Santa Clara medical centers. He was responsible for managing construction projects from $25,000 to $150 Mil. This included managing project managers, finance professionals, construction managers as well as overseeing a construction crew of up to 45 people. He also managed the work of outside design professionals and general contractors.

In that role he coached and counseled many people to achieve their professional goals and excel in their roles.
