About Us

I am a Professional Certified Life and Leadership Coach, working with people to build confidence, develop leadership, strengthen communication and relationships, and powerfully navigate change. I’m a catalyst for people’s ability to discover, heal, and grow and know themselves as confident, powerful, and resilient.

I worked for over 20 years in the semiconductor industry before creating a new future, making the shift to owning my own business, Kim Wallace Coaching. I work one-on-one beside my clients, shining a light into hidden areas to bring a new awareness, and developing people’s ability to freely choose vs. being constrained by the past.

I am trained in the fields of ontology and energy leadership with over twelve years of experience and am certified by the International Coaching Federation.

I love to write, and you can see some of my latest work on the blog page of my website. I’m also a cyclist, gardener, kayaker, wine nerd, board gamer, singer and percussionist. My wife and I wife married in 2014 and have a family of three cats and one dog.
