This class presents small business owners and managers with practical tools to develop a robust contingency plan. You’ll learn to identify risks, assess their impact, and create a proactive strategy to minimize potential damage and recover quickly. A little time spent in this session, along with your fellow classmates, can have a huge impact on future events.
